Day 1: Kigali City Tour & Transfer to Volcanoes National Park

Today is the highlight of your journey as you go gorilla trekking in Volcanoes National Park. After a briefing by park rangers, hike through the forest in search of one of the habituated gorilla families. Once you encounter these magnificent creatures, you’ll have an unforgettable hour to observe and photograph them. Witness their social interactions and learn about gorilla conservation efforts. Return to your lodge in the evening, reliving the incredible experience.
Day 3: Golden Monkey Trekking & Transfer to Bwindi
In the morning, set off for a golden monkey trekking adventure. These playful primates are native to the park and are a delight to watch. After this captivating encounter, it’s time to cross the border into Uganda and head to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The journey takes you through beautiful landscapes and remote villages.
